1. Credit scores-

Credit Scores play an important part in obtaining a home loan. However, low credit scores do not always mean you cannot buy a home. What they usually mean is that you and a quality lender need to put a plan in place to raise your credit score. This is a process and often these scores can be raised very quickly. 2. Financing -
It is imperative that buyers get Pre-Approved for a Home Loan in order for their offer to be considered seriously in today's housing market. Too many loans have failed to close late in the transaction or at the closing table due to recent fallout of “shaky” lenders and their having “over-qualified” buyers, etc.. As a result many sellers are requiring a pre-approval letter be presented with an offer to purchase.

Applying for a loan is a painless process that can often be done online with necessary documentation (employment verification, pay stubs, etc.) provided later.

If there are areas on your credit that need correction it will be a much simpler process with a lending professional helping you.
3. Representation   -
